Adventure, excitement and dinosaurs: One of the most popular and successful franchises of all time has returned to the movies - UNIVERSAL PICTURES and influence.vision launched a major campaign for the launch of the new Jurassic World movie "The Fallen Kingdom". Since the movie launch took place in the midst of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in June, the challenge was to create awareness despite this. The goal was to motivate the followers through storytelling and convincing content to go to the movies even though it was a hot summer month.
Thanks to our creative crowdsourcing tool, we were able to collect exciting ideas from various influencers. A great mix of Instagram postings, Instagram stories, and Facebook postings generated great coverage and awareness. Each of the influencers has portrayed his personal relationship to the movie and their compelling/authentic stories gave their followers the impression that the movie is an absolute "must watch movie".
Thanks to the influencer marketplace of influence.vision, Universal Pictures was able to run a big influencer campaign over a longer period of time, which successfully announced the new Jurassic World movie "The Fallen Kingdom". The campaign not only generated great coverage on social media but also led to a high engagement score.
